Working in a small, capable marketing team and a fast-paced environment, you’ll shape and deliver initiatives that contribute towards business growth across our Training, Recruitment and Franchise sales operations. You will apply your expertise in digital and offline marketing, working with the team on a range of activities, including email marketing, website optimisation, paid and organic search, social media and more.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nPlanning and Delivery of Strategic Marketing Activity\n\n * Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and revenue growth\n\n * Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment of objectives\n\n * Report on performance and update plans as required to maximise ROI\n\nPaid Media & Website Performance\n\n * Support the management and optimisation of PPC campaigns\n\n * Work on website optimisation, including UX, SEO/GEO, content and conversion\n\nSocial & Email Marketing\n\n * Support social media content creation and delivery across key platforms\n\n * Build, deliver and optimise targeted email marketing campaigns\n\nContent Marketing\n\n * Produce and deploy compelling, relevant content across a range of different media, to enhance brand and conversion\n\nData & Optimisation\n\n * Monitor key metrics and use data insights to improve results\n\nCollaboration\n\n * Work closely with internal colleagues and external agency partners to deliver marketing activity\n\nAbout You\n\nAs a Marketing Manager, you will bring a blend of strategic thinking, creativity and strong digital marketing expertise.\n\nEssential\n\n * Strong digital marketing expertise (PPC, SEO, paid social, website optimisation)\n\n * Excellent written and verbal communication skills\n\n * Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously\n\n * Commercially minded and analytical, able to use data to improve performance\n\n * Creative and curious – interested in and motivated by new developments in marketing and technology\n\n * Able to work independently and take ownership of projects\n\nDesirable\n\n * Experience with CMS and email tools\n\n * Familiarity with AI tools in marketing workflows\n\n * Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, partners and projects effectively\n\n * Proactive, with a ‘can do’ attitude\n\n * Degree in Marketing or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)\n\nWhy Join Driver Hire?\n\nWe offer a supportive and flexible working environment, with benefits designed to help you thrive as a Marketing Manager:\n\n * Competitive salary: £24,300 (3 days per week)\n\n * Pension\n\n * Healthcare scheme\n\n * 33 days’ holiday (including Bank Holidays) – adjusted pro rata for 3-day week\n\n * Flexible hybrid working (home and office-based).
