Senior Project Manager - Building Services

Typical hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, with flexible working considered for the right person.\n\nNo recruitment agencies please.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nYou will:\n\nManage project budgets, labour, materials, equipment and subcontractor costs\nCoordinate programmes from pre-start to completion\nSupervise projects on site and from Cosaf HQ\nLead engineers, site operatives and subcontractors\nLiaise with clients, consultants, main contractors and site teams\nAttend site meetings and project reviews\nPrepare RAMS, site documents and project correspondence\nMonitor progress, quality, costs, risks and deadlines\nManage variation works and snagging\nSupport CDM requirements where applicableAbout our company\n\nCosaf Environments Ltd has been established since 1991. Around 5 years’ project management experience is preferred.\n\nYou will also need good Microsoft Office skills, a full UK driving licence, UK work authorisation and the ability to commute to BL4 0AN.
